摘要
目的探讨针灸联合物理疗法对外伤性截瘫患者康复的疗效。方法 42例外伤性截瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,2组均进行普通的药物、运动以及心理治疗,观察组在此基础上同时接受物理和针灸治疗,每月对2组患者进行ASIA标准(ASIA)针刺觉、轻触觉以及运动的评分,4个月后进行功能独立性测定(FIM),同时评定治疗总有效率。结果治疗4个月后,2组患者的针刺觉、轻触觉和运动ASIA分值均呈现不断上升的趋势,而观察组上升的幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的重度依赖度低于对照组(P<0.05);轻度依赖度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗的总有效率远远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合物理疗法对外伤性截瘫患者有良好的治疗效果,能够显著改善患者感觉和运动功能,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and physical therapy in patients with traumatic paraplegia. Methods A total of 42 patients with traumatic paraplegia were divided randomly into observation group and control group. The two groups were given common drugs,exercise and psychological therapy,and the observation group also received physical and acupuncture treatment. The scores of sensory and motor function were assessed according to the ASIA every month.After four months,Function Independent Measure was determined,and the total efficiencywas examined. Results The scores of sensory and motor function of two groups were both improved after four months of treatment. However,the improvement of the observation group was greater than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the degree of severe dependence of the observation group were reduced,and the degree of mild dependence were increased（ P 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group（ P 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with physical therapy for traumatic paraplegia patients have good therapeutic effect,and it can significantly improve the sensory and motor function,so it should be promoted and applied in clinic large- scale.
