摘要
通过对近年国内外伤性截瘫的临床治疗进行资料整理,发现外伤性截瘫的研究仍以针灸为主,治疗上有较好的疗效,但是一些病情较重,完全丧失或丧失大部分功能的患者恢复不理想,严重影响了他们的生活,这种状况亟需医学领域的突破以及其他学科的支持。
By summarizing data of clinical treatment of traumatic paraplegia,we find that treatment of traumatic paraplegia is still mainly depended on acupuncture.The therapy has achieved better efficacy,but some severe paraplegia still do not have better recovery,and it influences their life,so this condition needs breakthrough in medical field and support from other scientific fields.
