摘要
为比较不同装烟方式对烟叶质量的影响,以烤烟品种‘K326’为材料,选用烟夹、散叶、箱式和烟竿4种装烟方式进行对比研究。结果表明:(1)烟夹、散叶和箱式烘烤均能降低烘烤成本,降幅为11.78%;(2)烟夹和散叶烘烤烤后烟叶中上等烟比例、均价与烟竿烘烤基本一致,箱式和散叶烘烤烤后光滑叶比例高于烟竿;(3)烟竿烘烤烤后烟叶外观质量表现较好;(4)散叶、箱式和烟竿烘烤烤后烟叶内在化学成分均达到优质烟叶标准;(5)烟竿烘烤评吸质量好于烟夹、散叶和箱式。
In order to compare the effect of different loading modes on tobacco leaf quality,‘K326＇was usedas material, 4 loading modes（clamp, loose leaf, box-type and culm） were compared. The results showed that：（1） loading modes of clamp, loose leaf and box- type could decrease the cost of curing by 11.78%;（2） theproportion of middle upper level of tobacco leaves and average price of cured tobacco leaves of clamp andloose leaf mode were consistent with that of culm, the proportion of smooth leaves cured by box-type and looseleaf was higher than that of culm;（3） the leaves cured by culm had a better appearance;（4） the intrinsicchemical composition of tobacco leaves met the standard of high quality flue-cured tobacco of loose leaf, box-type and culm mode;（5） the sensory quality of tobacco leaves cured by culm mode was better than that ofclamp, loose leaf and box-type mode.
