摘要
目的观察电针对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠血清及胃窦、十二指肠组织中生长抑素(SS)含量的影响。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、电针组和普通针刺组。电针组在普通针刺组治疗的基础上加用电针刺激,运用ELISA法和免疫组化法分别测定大鼠血清及胃窦、十二指肠组织中SS的含量。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组大鼠SS含量增高,经电针干预后,SS含量明显降低。结论功能性消化不良可以引起大鼠SS水平改变,电针可以降低FD大鼠血清及胃窦、十二指肠中SS含量。
Objective To observe the influence of electro- acupuncture on the content of functional dyspepsia rats' serum and gastric antrum,duodenal tissue somatostatin( SS). Methods 40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,EA group and routine acupuncture group. EA group received electrical stimulation on the basis of routine acupuncture group,the treatment lasted for 3 weeks. Use ELISA and Immunohistochemistry to detect the SS content in serum,gastric antrum and duodenal tissue of rats. Results Compared with normal control group,SS of the model group was higher,after electro- acupuncture intervention,compared with the model group,SS level was significantly lower( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Functional dyspepsia can cause changes of SS levels in rats,and acupuncture can reduce SS level in serum,gastric antrum and duodenum of FD rats.
