硬盘驱动器的冲击振动响应与控制

摘要 硬盘驱动器是计算机最重要的外存储设备。由于硬盘抗冲击振动问题的重要性和复杂性,许多研究者对此问题从各个方面进行了研究。本文从硬盘的基本结构与工作原理入手,分析了硬盘的头盘系统在冲击振动作用下的响应特点及其失效机理,并对国内外有关提高硬盘抗冲击振动性能的研究进行了较为系统的回顾与分析,最后阐述了硬盘冲击振动的控制方法和原理。 Hard disk drive (HDD) is the most important storage system in computers. Due to the importance and complexity of the problems of shock and vibration resistance in HDDs, many researchers have been investigating on these problems in various aspects. This paper begins with a brief introduction of the basic structure and the working principle of HDDs. The dynamic response characters and the failure mechanisms of HDDs subjected to shock and/or vibration are then summarized and analyzed. Finally, a systematic review of the state-of-the-art achievements on the shock and vibration robustness, as well as those of the controlling mechanisms, of HDDs are discussed.
