摘要
目的:观察针灸早期治疗耳带状庖疹引起的周围性面瘫(Hunt综合症)临床效果。方法:针刺、三灸疗法、中药配合治疗耳带状庖疹引起的周围性面瘫(Hunt综合症)。结果:针灸治疗耳带状庖疹引起的周围性面瘫(Hunt综合症)35例,有效率为100%,治愈率为73.4%。结论:针刺耳带状疱疹引起的周围性面瘫(Hunt综合症)达到祛风通络、疏调经筋,配合三灸疗法和中药起到驱邪排毒、增加免疫力,使之达到痊愈的作用。
Objective： Observing the clinical effect of curing the peripheral facial paralysis（ Hunt syndrome）,which was caused by Herpes Zoster Oticus with acupuncture treatment. Methods： Acupuncture and three moxibustion therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Results： For a sample size of 35 patients,the effective rate was 100% and the recovery rate was73. 4%. Conclusion： Curing the peripheral facial paralysis（ Hunt syndrome） by using acupuncture can achieve the function of Qufeng Tongluo,unclogging the aponeurotic system. Conclusion： In addition,the three moxibustion therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine can detoxify,enhance the immunity,and heal patients.
