Arsenic Speciation of Dried Lentinus edodes by HPLC-ICP-MS

摘要 采用水作为提取剂,95℃热浸提干香菇2 h,阴离子交换柱分离,高效液相色谱与电感耦合等离子体质谱联用(HPLC-ICP-MS)分析干香菇中的砷形态化合物。结果表明香菇5种砷形态化合物的(砷甜菜碱、二甲基砷、一甲基砷、砷酸根和亚砷酸根)的检出限在0.002~0.004 mg/kg之间,加标回收率为87.2%~107%,RSD均小于5%。形态分析方法能准确测定香菇中的砷形态。香菇中的砷形态以无机砷为主,还检测出少量的一甲基砷、二甲基砷等有机砷形态。 Arsenic speciation of dried Lentinus edodes was performed on anion exchange chromatography column with H2 O as an extraction agent to pretreat dried Lentinus edodes at a temperature of 95 ℃ in oven for 2 h. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used for analysis. The results showed that the detection limits of five arsenic species(As B, DMA, MMA, As(Ⅴ) and As(Ⅲ)) in Lentinus edodes were between 0.002 and 0.004 mg/kg, the recoveries were in the range of 87.2%~107%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 5%. Speciation analysis could accurately determine arsenic species in dried Lentinus edodes. Inorganic arsenic was the main species in dried Lentinus edodes. Organic arsenic species such as dimethylarsinic acid and methylarsonic acid was detected with low content.
