摘要
目的观察当归芍药散治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入及排除标准的84例黄褐斑患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例,治疗组口服当归芍药散,对照组口服还原型谷胱甘肽片。结果治疗组总有效率85.37%,对照组总有效率72.50%。2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归芍药散治疗黄褐斑,能疏肝健脾、活血化瘀、健脾利湿,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of dangguishaoyaosan in treating cloasma. Methods According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,84 cases of patients with cloasma are randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with each group of 42 cases. The treatment group is treated with dangguishaoyaosan,and the control group is treated with reduced glutathione tablets. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 85. 37%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 72. 50%. The comparison of the two groups has statistical significance,P〈0. 05. Conclusion Treating cloasma with dangguishaoyaosan can sooth liver and strenghthen spleen,activate blood circulation to dissipate stasis,and invigorate the spleen to damp elimination,and improve the clinical effect.
