乳腺混合型浸润性筛状癌1例报道 被引量：2

摘要 乳腺浸润性筛状癌（invasive cribriform carcinoma,ICC）是一种较少见的浸润性乳腺癌,其发生率为0.3%~3.5%。1983年Page等首次提出并描述其为一种特殊类型的浸润性癌,2003年和2012年WHO乳腺肿瘤组织学分类中均将其单独列为一种乳腺癌亚型。ICC中浸润性筛状结构〉90%者称单纯型ICC;若含有其他类型乳腺癌成分,〈50％者则称为混合型ICC。现报道1例乳腺混合型浸润性筛状癌（混合成分为浸润性筛状癌和浸润性微乳头状癌），并复习相关文献。
