术中温度干预对老年髋部手术后凝血功能的影响

摘要 目的分析术中温度干预对老年髋部手术后凝血功能的影响。方法选取2013年5月~2014年11月我院收治的行髋部手术的老年患者80例作为研究对象,按照计算机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组40例,对照组术中采用常规护理,研究组术中采用温度干预,比较两组低温发生率及术后凝血功能变化。结果研究组低温发生率与对照组低温发生率进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);研究组术后FIB、APTT、TT、PT等凝血功能相关指标均优于对照组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论术中温度干预可降低老年髋部手术中低温发生率,提高对凝血功能的保护性。 Objective To analyze intraoperative temperature intervention on elderly effect of coagulation function after hip surgery. Methods From May 2013 to November 2014,our hospital's 80 cases of elderly patients with hip surgery as the research object,according to the method of computer digital divided into control group and research group,40 cases in each group. And control group in the conventional nursing,the observation group in a temperature intervention,then compared two groups of incidence and blood coagulation function after surgery for low temperature condition. Results the observation group of incidence compared the incidence in control group of low temperature rate,the differences was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The FIB,APTT,TT,PT,and blood coagulation functions related indexes in observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Intraoperative temperature intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of senile hip surgery in low temperature,increase the protective function of blood coagulation.
