复合保温对高危患者胸科手术中低体温影响的研究 被引量:48

摘要 目的观察复合保温在高危患者胸科手术中应用的效果。方法选择2010年1~6月我院择期胸科手术患者45例,按接受手术时间随机分为观察组(23例)和对照组(22例)。观察组实施体腔外保温联合体腔内直接加温的复合保温模式护理。对照组实施常规体腔外助温护理。结果观察组患者的中心温度高于对照组,低体温发生率降低(P<0.001),两组术后苏醒等相关症状发生率差异明显,观察组拔管时间及完全清醒时间较对照组明显缩短,躁动、寒战发生率减低(P<0.01)。结论复合保温护理能有效地干预高危患者胸科手术的低体温,提高围手术期患者的安全性。 Objective To observe the effect of composite thermal insulation's applying for high-risk patients of thoracic surgery. Method 45 patients admitted to elective thoracic surgery from Jan. to June 2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (23 cases) and control group (22 cases), according to surgery time. The observation group implemented the composite thermal insulation nursing mode initiatively, which included ex- tracorporeaI warm-keeping and body cavity direct heating. The control group employed conventional extracorporeal warm-keeping care. Result Ptients~ center temperature in observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of low body temperature was decreased (P〈0. 001). The difference of recovery related symptoms in two groups was significant, the extubation time and fully awake time were significantly shortening in observation group than that in control group, the occurrence of agitation and shivering was reduced (P〈0.01). Conclusion Composite thermal insulation nursing can effectively intervene the low temperature in high-risk patients of thoracic surgery, and raise the safety of patients during peri-operative period.
