摘要
合成了一种有机钼化合物——二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼(M1),并确定了其主要官能团和元素含量。考察了M1的热稳定性能及作为添加剂对400SN基础油抗氧化性能的影响,并对比了M1与国外二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼产品(M2、M3)的摩擦学性能。结果表明,M1具有良好的热稳定性能,可有效提升基础油抗氧化能力;相同实验条件下,相比M2、M3,M1表现出较好的减摩抗磨、极压性能。这与其分子结构和Mo、S、P含量较高有关,有利于其在摩擦副表面形成含Mo、S、P的化学反应膜。
A type of organic molybdenum compound, molybdenum dialkyl dithiophosphate (M1) was prepared. Its main functional groups and element content were determined. The thermal stability and antioxidant properties of M1 used as an additive of 400SN base oil were investigated. Its effects on the tribological behaviors were compared to the foreign products(M2, M3). The results showed that M1 had high thermal stability, which effectively improved the antioxidant ability of 400SN base oil. Under the same test conditions, M1 possessed better performances of antiwear, friction-reducing and extreme pressure than M2, M3, due to its molecule structure and higher the contents of Mo, S, P, which was conductive to form chemical reaction film on the surface of friction pairs.
