润滑油添加剂分散纳米铜的摩擦学性能 被引量:9

摘要 采用常规润滑油添加剂作为纳米铜粉的分散剂,在不破坏润滑油原有其他性质的基础上,用MMW-1型四球磨损试验机和M S-800型实验机考察其摩擦学性能,并对磨损表面的形貌及成分进行了分析.结果表明:纳米铜使润滑油的减摩抗磨性能进一步得到提高.承载能力的测试结果表明,常规添加剂在低载下能起到一定的作用,高载下则失效;而纳米铜在高载下对抗压能力的提高更为明显.特别是在失油条件下,纳米铜在摩擦副表面发生冶金结合,使磨斑直径减少了一半,表现出优异的减摩抗磨性能. Normal additives of lubricant were used as dispersants of nano copper powder. The tribological properties of the lubricants in the presence and absence of nano copper were examined using MMW-1 four-ball machine and MS-800 machine, which were based on the premise that the other inhere qualities of the lubricants were kept. The topography and composition of worn surface were analyzed. The result show that nano copper enhanced reducing-friction and anti-wear properties. The test of load carrying capacity show that additives worked in a lower load and were invalid in a higher load. However nano copper increased load carrying capacity markedly in a high load. Especially in the condition of losing oil, metallurgical combining of nano copper occurring on the worn surface results in reducing WDS to 50% and produces excellent reducing-friction and antiwear properties.
