摘要
目的了解上海市黄浦区社区卫生服务中心2014年门诊监测伤害病例分布特征,为制定本区伤害预防控制策略提供依据。方法收集分析上海市黄浦区所有社区卫生服务中心(10家)2014年门诊伤害监测报告病例,采用上海市统一报告卡填报。结果共收集有效病例2 817例,女性(67.7%)病例多于男性(32.3%)。伤害发生原因构成居前3位的依次为跌倒/坠落68.6%,交通事故20.4%,刀/锐器伤3.4%,伤害发生地点主要为家(51.9%)、街道/公路(28.6%)和公共居住场所(12.1%),伤害发生时的主要活动区域为家务/学习(36.5%)、休闲活动(30.6%)和驾乘交通工具(21.4%)。结论 2014年黄浦区社区伤害监测病例女性多于男性,主要伤害原因为跌倒/坠落、交通事故和刀/锐器伤。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the injury characteristics,using data from Outpatient monitoring of community health service center to develop a injury prevention strategy in 2014.METHODS The unified record cards were used to register new injury cases in all of 6 community health service centers in Huangpu.RESULTS Relative information on 2 817 cases were analyzed.The number of female cases were more than the males.The top 3 causes of injuries were as follow：falls（68.6%）,traffic accidents（20.4%）and knife sharp injuries（3.4%）.The major places where injuries occurred were：at home（51.9%）,road/street（28.6%） and public housing（12.1%）.housework（36.5%）,recreation activities（30.6%）and driving vehicles（21.4%）were major activities when injuries took place.CONCLUSION Female injury cases were more than males.Falls,traffic accidents and knife sharp injuries were the major causes.
