摘要
作者用SC1001钠盐(200mg/kg)注入家兔腹腔内,观察其对呼吸频率、心率、直肠温度和皮层电图的影响。实验结果表明,对家兔的呼吸频率、直肠温度有轻微的抑制作用,对中枢神经活动有明显的抑制作用,对心率有加快作用。
Seventeen normal male rabbits weighing1.7-2.8kg were randomly divided into 2groups. The experimental group (ten rabbits)was injected with SC_(1001)Na (200mg/kg,i.p.). The control group(seven rabbits)wasinjected with normal saline of the samevolume. Continuous observations for 6hours were made after injection, withreference to respiratory frequency (RF),heart rate (HR), rectal temperature (RT)and ECoG of these rabbits. The results of experiments indicate thatSC_(1001)Na has a slight inhibitory effect onRF and RT, an obvious inhibitory effect onthe activity of central nervous system, andan accerlerating effect on HR in rabbits.
