摘要
为改进人体医学研究招募广告的管理,从申报、审查和发布三个方面,探讨我国人体医学研究招募广告管理及其法规的局限性,并提出了一系列关于完善管理法规与流程和强化环节管理的意见与建议。
For improving human body medical research recruit advertisement. The paper explored the limitation of human body medical research recruit advertisement from three aspects of application, review and release. It put forward a series of opinions and suggestions of strengthening the multiple links management and perfecting the management regulations procedures for improving the management of the medical research recruitment advertisement in China.
