摘要
目的探讨老年人慢性心力衰竭并发肾功能不全的临床特征及预后情况。方法 选取我院2012年4月-2013年4月收治的慢性心力衰竭并发肾功能不全患者90例进行回顾性分析,按照患者肾小球滤过率情况分为三组,正常组、轻度组和不全组,分析三组的临床特征和预后情况。结果 三组相比,不全组患者年龄较大,心功能Ⅳ级比例高且合并病症较多;预后情况相比,不全组的死亡率、心衰复发率及冠脉事件发生率均高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 老年人慢性心力衰竭并发肾功能不全多年龄较大,心功能差且合并其他病症,患者预后死亡率高、复发率高。
Objective To explore the clinical features and prognosis condition of elderly chronic heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency. Methods 90 chronic heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency patients were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into three groups （control group,mild group and insufficiency group）by patients＇glomerular filtration rate situation.Clinical features and prognosis condition of three groups were analyzed. Results Compared with three groups, the age of patients was older in insufficiency group,the rate of cardiac function IV was higher and the compheations were more.Compared the prognosis condition,the mortality,heart failure recurrence and the incidence of coronary events in insufficiency group was higher than other two groups,and the difference was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Elderly chronic heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency are more have older age,poor heart function,merging other conditions,high mortality and recurrence rate.
