摘要
随着内镜技术不断发展,内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)已成为一项安全可靠的微创治疗新技术。ESD技术可以整块切除较大病变、提供完整病理诊断材料等优点,为早期消化道病变的诊疗开辟了新的途径。本文详述ESD在早期胃癌和癌前病变中的应用及研究进展,并参考大量临床资料,分析研究ESD技术在早期胃癌及癌前病变中的应用价值。
With the continuous development of endoscopic techniques, endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD） has become a safe and reliable minimally invasive treatment of new technologies. ESD large lesion en bloc resection technique can provide a complete diagnosis of pathological material, etc., has opened up new avenues for the early diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. Development and application of ESD in early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions detailed herein were analyzed, with a large number of clinical data to research clear ESD technology application in early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.
