摘要
目的:探讨上皮膜抗原(EMA)和细胞角蛋白(CK)在上皮肿瘤微转移的应用及研究进展。方法:阅读国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果:EMA和CK在上皮肿瘤微转移的研究中起到重要的作用。结论:EMA和CK是上皮肿瘤较好的标志物,应用于上皮肿瘤微转移的研究中,提高微转移的诊断水平。
Objective：To investigate the application of epithelial membrance antigen （EMA） and cytokeratin （CK） in microme tastasis of epithelial tumors and its progress of related study. Methods： Reading the literatures home and abroad, then summarizing them. Results：EMA and CK played important roles in probing micrometastasis of epithelial tumors. Conclusion：EMA and CK are better marker for epithelial tumors. Their applications in probing micrometastasis of epithelial tumors improve the diagnostic techique.
