摘要 采用顶空-气相色谱法(HS-GC)建立四氯乙烯检测方法,研究样品前处理条件对四氯乙烯检测结果的影响。通过正交法评价四氯乙烯检测方法的线性关系、灵敏度、检出限(S/N=3)和定量限(S/N=10)。结果表明,四氯乙烯最佳顶空条件为:载气压力120 k Pa、加压时间30 s、进样时间5 s、放空时间20 s、加热时间5min、维持时间5 min、加热温度80℃、进样针温度65℃、传输线温度80℃。在上述条件下,四氯乙烯的检测线性范围为0.5~50μg/L,灵敏度0.233 8,检出限0.001μg/L,定量限0.002μg/L。 Tetrachloroethylene( PCE) was currently one of the most widely used dry cleaning solvents. It has some side effects to human body and the sensitivity is low. Therefore,it is important to detect tetrachloroethylene using the methods of headspace gas chromatography( HS-GC). Through orthogonal method,the paper evaluates the linear relationship,linear range,sensitivity. We obtain the limit of detection( LOD: S / N = 3) and the limit of quantification( LOQ: S /N = 10) of tetrachloroethylene detection method,the results show that the best top air condition is: carrier gas pressure( 120 k Pa),pressure( 30 s),sampling time( 5 s),emptying time( 20 s),the heating time( 5 min),the maintain time( 5 min),the heating temperature( 80 ℃),sampling needle temperature( 65 ℃),a transmission line temperature( 80 ℃). Under these conditions,the linear range is 0. 5-50 μg / L,the sensitivity is 0. 233 8,the limit of detection is 0. 001 μg / L,the limit of quantification is 0. 002 μg / L.
