Determination of volatile organic compound residues in textiles by headspace-solid phase microextraction method

摘要 采用大体积顶空和固相微萃取联用方法,通过气相色谱-质谱定性定量分析纺织品中有机挥发物(氯乙烯、1,3-丁二烯、甲苯、乙烯基环己烯、苯乙烯和4-苯基环己烯)的残留量。本方法对甲苯、乙烯基环己烯、苯乙烯和4-苯基环己烯的检出限低于0.001mg/m2,对氯乙烯和1,3-丁二烯的检出限为0.08mg/m2,加标回收率为95%~107%,相对标准偏差小于8%。 The method of high capacity headspace-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatograph combined with mass spectrum was used to qualitatively determine the volatile organic compound residues in textiles. The volatile organic compounds contain vinylchloride,1,3-butadiene, toluene, vinylcyctohexene, styrene and 4-phenylcyclohexene. For the latter four cornpounds, the limits of detection in this paper were less than 0.00] mg/m^2, whereas for vinylchloride and 1,3-butadiene, the limits of detection were 0.08 mg/m^2. The average recovery ranged from 95% to 107%, and the relative deviation of this method was less than 8%.
