摘要
本文采用MA-3000测汞仪测定果蔗组织中的总汞,样品称量后,无需消解或其他化学方法进行前处理即可完成测定。实验表明,该方法无基体干扰,线性范围为0.0~8.0 ng,检出限为0.24μg·kg^(-1),回收率为90.4%~104.0%,相对标准偏差小于5.3%。使用该方法测定生物成分标准物质,并和原子荧光测汞法进行比较,分析结果与标样值测定结果一致,无显著性差异。本方法准确度高、精密度好,操作简单且环保,具有一定的推广应用价值。
The determination of total mercury in chewing cane samples had been carried out by a direct mercury analyzer, A weighed sample was analyzed without digestion or any chemical reagent pretreatment. The experiment show that the linearity range of the tes- ting method is 0. 0 -8.0 ng, the lowest detection limit is 0. 24μg. kg^-1 , the recovery rate and relative standard deviation are 90. 4% -104.0%and less than 5.3% respectively. Two biological eomponent certified reference materials,the values of Hg obtained by this method are in good agreement with the certified values. This method also has been applied to the determination of total mercury in chewing cane samples and the results are in agreement with those by atomic fluorescenee spectrometry. In conclusion, this method for the determination of total mercury in ehewing cane samples is accurate, precise, simple and environmental.
