摘要
铝合金经过处理后,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铝合金中铅、镉、铬、砷、铜、镍、锌、钾、锶、钡、锰、钴、钼、硒14种元素的含量。对仪器的工作条件进行了优化,选择各元素的分析线,测定各元素的检出限。对铝合金样品进行分析,14种元素测定的相对标准偏差RSD(n=9)在0.061%~6.3%之间。
After the aluminium alloy was treated, ICP-AES was applied to determine Pb, Cd, Cr, As, Cu, Ni,Zn, K, Sr, Ba, Mn, Co, Mo, Se. Under the optimized conditions, the analytical spectral lines were se- lected and the detection limits were determined. The proposed method was used in the analysis of the alu- miniurn alloy sample ,with RSD of the fourteen elements in the range of 0. 061% - 6.3%.
