摘要
在微孔聚氨酯鞋底料中参与反应的聚酯二醇用量和异氰酸酯指数保持不变,用Foamat泡沫升起试验仪研究扩链剂、发泡剂及催化剂的种类及用量对该聚酯-MDI型聚氨酯反应速度、泡沫内温度及压力的影响。结果表明,扩链剂的增加会加快反应速度,导致稍高的闭孔率及收缩率;增加发泡剂的用量可以加快升起速度,但在水发泡配方添加HCFC-141b会使体系温度及压力降低;用延迟催化剂替代等量同系列催化剂时微孔弹性体的最终高度维持不变但反应被延迟。
When the usage of polyester diol and the isoeyanate index in the preparation of microcellular polyu-rethane shoe sole material were fixed, the influence of amounts and types of chain extender, blowing agent and catalyst on the rising rate, reaction temperature and pressure during the foaming process of polyester-MDI-based polyu-rethane were investigated by the FOAMAT machine. The results showed that reaction speeded up when the dosage of the chain extender increased, but higher shrinkage would be caused. The rising rate increased with dosage of the blowing agent, but the temperature and pressure decreased when HCFC-141b was added in water-blown system. The mierocellular elastomer kept the same height when the catalyst was replaced by the same amount of delayed cat- alyst in the same series, but reaction delayed.
