摘要
光伏发电是全球可再生能源利用的重要组成部分,光伏玻璃是太阳能电池的关键部件,由于其在露天环境下使用,工作环境相当恶劣。目前现有的太阳能光伏用玻璃耐久性能要求及检测方法不够全面,只对单项指标进行考核,没有针对其实际经受的高温、高湿、盐雾环境、紫外辐射等组合环境情况进行综合评价。通过对太阳能光伏用镀膜玻璃的部分耐久性能指标(湿热-盐雾组合性能、湿热-紫外组合性能、湿冻-盐雾组合性能、湿冻-紫外组合性能、耐磨性能)的研究及探索,完善耐久性能要求及检测方法,并对不同的使用地区、环境分别规定相应的要求,为企业产品的工艺设计、质量改进和标准制定打下基础。
Photovoltalc power generation is an important component of the global renewable energy utilization,photovoltaic glass is the key components of solar cells,because of its use in an open environment,working .environment is harsh. Currently ex- isting photovohaic glass durability performance requirements and test methods arc not comprehensive enough,only single index is assessed,there are no comprehensive evaluation according to the practical experience of high temperature,high humidity,salt spray enviroument,uhraviolet radiation and other environmental combination. Through the research and exploration of the solar photo- voltaic parts durability index of coated glass (hot and damp-salt mist performance combination, hot and damp-ultraviolet porfor- mance combination,wet frozen-salt mist performance combination,wet frozen-ultraviolet performance combinatiou,wear-resisting performance) ,improve the durability performance requirements and test methods,and the environment of different areas using the corresponding requirements prescribed respectively, develop and lay the foundation for process design, product quality improvement and standard.
