春秋兼用斑纹双限性家蚕品种蜀63×限16的育成 被引量:1

Breeding of Double Sex-limited Marking Silkworm Variety Shu 63 ×Xian 16 for Spring and Autumn Rearing

摘要 采用杂交、回交与系统选育等方法,将生产上推广使用的夏秋用素斑(姬蚕p)家蚕品种夏芳、秋白改育成2个斑纹限性家蚕品种,从而可依据2个品种雌、雄幼虫差异明显的斑纹,使蚕种生产过程易于鉴别雌雄。经多代定向选择培育,育成的2个斑纹限性家蚕新品种蜀63、限16的主要经济性状超过夏芳、秋白,并组配成春秋兼用双限性杂交组合蜀63×限16。经四川省家蚕新品种实验室和农村生产鉴定表明,蜀63×限16具有健康好养、茧丝品质优良的特点。春季虫蛹率96.65%,茧层率23.76%,万蚕收茧量20.02 kg,茧丝长1 206 m,解舒率76.11%,洁净93.10分;万蚕收茧量、万蚕茧层量、解舒率分别比对照品种菁松×皓月提高1.11%、3.77%、2.07个百分点,洁净也优于对照品种。秋季虫蛹率94.07%,茧层率23.10%,万蚕收茧量18.31 kg,茧丝长1 140 m,洁净93.00分;万蚕收茧量、万蚕茧层量与对照品种夏芳×秋白相当,解舒率、洁净分别比对照品种提高4.02个百分点、4.69分。蜀63×限16于2015年通过四川省家蚕品种审定委员会审定,适合在四川省及西南蚕区的春季和秋季饲养。 Through crossing, backcrossing and pedigree selection, two new sex-limited marking silkworm (Bombyx mori) varieties Shu 63 and Xian 16 were bred from two plain marking silkworm varieties Xiafang and Qiubai popularized in production for summer and autumn rearing. According to different markings between female and male larvae of Shu 63 and Xian 16, it is easy to distinguish the female and male larvae during eggs production. After directional selection among multiple generations, the main economical characters of these two new sex-limited marking silkworm varieties were better than those of Xiafang and Qiubai. Then, a new hybridized combination Shu 63×Xian 16 with double sex-limited marking for spring and autumn rearing was prepared. The results of laboratory identification and rural production test in Sichuan Province showed that Shu 63×Xian 16 had the advantages of strong vitality, easy handling and high silk quali- ty. Its larva-pupa rate from spring rearing was 96.65%, the cocoon shell rate was 23. 76%, the cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae was 20.02 kg, the cocoon filament length was 1 206 m, the reelability was 76. 11%, and the neatness was 93. 10 points. The cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae, cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae and reelability of Shu 63xXian 16 in spring were 1.11%, 3.77%, 2.07 percentage points higher than that of the control variety Jingsong xHaoyue. In addition, the neatness was also superior to the control variety. The results of autumn rearing showed that the lar- va-pupa rate was 94.07%, the cocoon shell rate was 23. 10%, the cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae was 18.31 kg, the cocoon filament length was 1 140 m, and the neatness was 93.00 points. The cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae and the cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae were about the same with those of control variety Xiafang xQiubai, the reelability and neatness were 4.02 percentage points and 4.69 points higher than that of the control variety XiafangxQiubai. Shu 63xXian 16 had been approved by Silkworm Variety Evaluation Commission of Sichuan Province in 2015, being suitable for spring and autumn rearing in Sichuan Prov- ince and southwest sericuttural area of China.
