摘要
采用杂交、回交与系统选育等方法,在春、夏、秋不同环境条件下进行多代定向选择培育,育成了家蚕中系斑纹限性品种"锦"、"绣"和日系斑纹限性品种"湘",并组配四元杂交组合锦·绣×潇·湘。实验室鉴定、农村饲养及蚕种场繁育试验结果表明,新品种杂交组合健康好养、产茧量高、茧丝质优良,原蚕体质强健、繁育过程中雌雄易鉴别。在夏秋季进行的实验室联合鉴定中,新品种杂交组合的万蚕产茧量与万蚕茧层量分别比对照组合洞·庭×碧·波高3.0%和4.1%,一粒茧丝长1 167.0 m,解舒丝长1 007.0 m,洁净95.1分。新品种于2012年10月通过湖南省农作物品种审定委员会审定,适合在湖南省等长江中下游蚕区的夏秋季饲养。
Two sex-limited marking varieties of Chinese strain named ＂Jin＂ and ＂Xiu＂ and one sex-limited marking variety of Japanese strain named ＂Xiang＂ were bred by means of hybridization,back-crossing and pedigree selection after directional selection among multiple generations under different climatic circumstances of spring,summer and autumn.Furthermore,a quaternary hybrid combination Jin·Xiu×Xiao·Xiang was prepared.Results of laboratory identification,rural production test and silkworm egg reproduction test revealed that the prepared hybrid combination had the advantages of strong vitality,easy handling,high cocoon yield and excellent silk quality.Nevertheless,its parents also had strong vitality and were easy to be separated by sex.In summer and autumn,the performance of this new variety in laboratory co-identification test showed that its cocoon yield and cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae were 3.0% and 4.1% higher than those of the control hybrid combination Dong·Ting×Bi·Bo,respectively.Its length of cocoon filament was 1 167.0 m,length of non-broken cocoon filament was 1 007.0 m,and neatness was 95.1 points.This new variety has passed the evaluation by Hunan Provincial Evaluation Committee for Agricultural Crop Variety in October of 2012.It is suitable for summer and autumn rearing in middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River such as Hunan Province.
