摘要
研究建立在知识管理、资源独立理论、信号理论与劳动力市场博弈理论基础上,运用30个行业部门201家公司2009—2013年的数据,论证了员工学历与知识领导对公司治理与创新绩效具有调节效应,区分了调节方向与强度在治理与创新不同维度关系中的差异,并论证了正向调节效应对应的员工学历和知识领导的区间。此外,讨论了这种调节效应在行业部门分布的特征。再次,重新论证了股权集中度与专利产出之间"S"曲线关系。
The research is based on knowledge management, theory of resource independence, signal theory and labor market game theory ; it explains that staff qualification and knowledge leadership have moderating effect on the corporate governance and innovation per- formance by using data of 201 companies from 30 industries and sectors from 2009 to 2013 ; meanwhile, it distinguishes the difference of moderating direction and intensity in different dimensions of governance and innovation; it also explains the section of staff qualifications and knowledge leadership corresponding to positive moderating effect. Besides, the characteristics of distribution of the moderating effect in industries and sectors. Furthermore, "S"-curve relationship between ownership concentration and patent output is discussed again.
