摘要
目的观察开展针对性优质护理对慢性胃溃疡患者康复和生活质量的影响。方法将我院消化内科收治的114例慢性胃溃疡患者随机分为观察组与常规组。结果护理后,观察组患者SDS和SAS评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05);6个月后,观察组SF-36各项评分改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性胃溃疡患者实施针对性优质护理,能够明显提高临床治疗效果,减少复发,改善患者心理状态和生活质量,促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the effects of superior nursing intervention on the recovery and the quality of life of the patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods From February 2013 to February 2015,114 cases of chronic gastric ulcer patients were randomly divided into nursing group and control group according to the stochastic indicator,57 patients for each group. While control group was given with routine nursing care, nursing group on the basis of the control group added specific nursing, and then nursing effects were observed in two groups. Results Nursing group total effective rate was significantly higher than normal group （X2 = 15. 415, P 〈 0.05 ）, while recurrence rate was significantly lower than normal group （X2 = 13. 715, P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment nursing, the level of SDS and SAS numerical in nursing group were significantly lower than the conventional group （X2 = 11.156,12. 472, P 〈 0. 05 ）. After 6 months, two groups of patients with SF -36 items scores were higher （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;while in addition to the environment the other items scores with SF -36 in the nursing group improved significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Implement targeted high quality nursing in patients with chronic gastric ulcer could significantly improve curative effect, reduce recurrence, improve the patients psychological condition and life quality and promote patients recover.
