摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者家庭功能与其自护行为的相关性。方法采用一般情况调查表、家庭功能评估量表和改良自护行为量表对180名2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果 2型糖尿病患者家庭功能总得分为(8.53±0.51)分,有85.56%的患者家庭功能良好;2型糖尿病患者自护行为平均得分为(3.38±1.59),得分指标为48.29%,处于中等水平;2型糖尿病患者家庭功能与其自护行为呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者家庭功能与其自护行为密切相关,良好的家庭功能有助于提高患者的自护行为。
Objective To investigate the relationship between family function and self-care behavior in type 2 diabetics.Methods The general questionnaire,family function assessment scale and the modified self-care behavior scale questionnaire survey were conducted among 180 patients with type 2 diabetes.Results The total score of family function in type 2 diabetics was（8.53 ＋ 0.51）.There was85.56% in good function; Average score in self-care behavior group with type 2 diabetes was（3.38 ＋ 1.59）,and index score was 48.29%which was in the medium level; Family function of type 2 diabetic patients and self-care behavior are positively related（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Family function of type 2 diabetes patients and self-care behavior was closely related,good family function is helpful to improve the self-care behavior of patients.
