摘要
新疆昌吉州奇台县碧流河水库导流隧洞混凝土衬砌采用传统的定型组合钢模板,其隧洞的衬砌采取跳仓、全断面一次性浇筑完成,从而有效达到快速衬砌施工的目的。在施工过程中,为克服隧洞内工作面小、钢筋间连接工作效率慢、模板抗浮能力差等技术上的困难,不断改进施工方法,总结出了一些切实可行的施工技术。本文对此施工工艺流程及施工保证技术加以总结,以期为今后小圆形断面隧洞的混凝土衬砌提供施工方面的经验和参考依据。
Traditional stereotype combination steel template is adopted for diversion tunnel concrete lining in Xinjiang Changji Qitai County Biliuhe Reservoir.Jumping and full-section one-time pouring are adopted for tunnel lining,thereby effectively reaching the purpose of fast lining construction.In the construction process,construction methods are constantly improved,and some feasible construction technologies are summarized in order to overcome technology difficulties of small working face in the tunnel,slow efficiency of connection work among steel ribs,poor template anti-uplift capacity,etc.In the paper,construction technology flow and construction guarantee technology are summarized for providing construction experience and reference basis for small round section tunnel concrete lining in the future.
