摘要
针对套筒滑动式调焦机构在调焦时,易产生驱动力不足、停顿卡滞,导致调焦机构无法完成设定的调焦工作的问题,提出在调焦机构设计时,利用机构运动学对调焦机构进行运动原理、综合力学性能和调焦精度分析。通过机构运动学分析和静力学平衡计算,给出了套筒调焦机构的设计原则:移动镜筒长度不小于驱动力作用点到移动镜筒运动轴线的距离。依据机构运动学理论设计的套筒滑动式调焦机构,优化了调焦机构的驱动力,避免了调焦运动的停顿卡滞,提高了调焦精度,减小了视轴晃动误差。
The sleeve sliding type focusing mechanism exist some problems, such as lack of driving force and sticking easily. This may cause the focusing mechanism unable to work, when it focuses. So it analyzed the motion principle, the comprehensive mechanics performance and the focusing accuracy of focusing mechanism by mechanism kinematics theory and static equilibrium, before the focusing mechanism was de-signed. Though the analyzing and calculating, a design principle of focusing mechanism of the sleeve sliding type was given. The length of the sliding lens tube is not less than the distance from the driving force acting point to the axis of the sliding lens tube. A sleeve sliding type fo-cusing mechanism was designed by mechanism kinematics theory. It avoids the focusing sticking, and the driving force is optimized, the mo-tion accuracy is improved and the visual axis wobble error is reduced.
