摘要
维修架作为航空遥感器重要地面保障设备,用于对遥感器进行检修与维护。针对航空遥感器的要求,分析了维修架应具有的功能,设计了具有辅助遥感器装调功能的维修架。在设计中提出了维修架的静平衡计算方法,推导出了平衡质量的理论厚度。利用ANSYS软件对维修架进行了静力学分析,结果表明维修架的强度和刚度均满足要求。
As the important ground support equipment for aerial remote sensing instrument, the maintenance vehicle is used to overhaul and maintain aerial remote sensing instrument. In this paper, aimed at its require- ment, the function of the maintenance vehicle is analyzed, and the maintenance vehicle with aided assemb- ling and adjusting function is designed. A calculation method of static balance for the maintenance vehicle is proposed, and the theoretical thickness of balance mass is derived. Furthermore, the structure of the mainte- nance vehicle is analyzed with ANSYS, and the results show that the strength and stiffness of the mainte- nance vehicle meet the requirement.
