摘要
以新生儿病房患儿身份识别流程为例展开失效模式和效果分析,在对流程中可能出现的失效模式进行分析、评估的基础上,计算患儿身份识别失效模式风险值,根据统计结果确定优先需要改进的失效模式,制定改进措施。将失效模式和效果分析应用于新生儿病房的患儿安全管理,能有效降低风险事件发生,确保患儿安全。
The failure mode and effect analysis （ FMEA ） was used to analyze and evaluate the process of newborn infants＇identification. Based on the analysis and evaluation of failure mode that might occur in the process, the failure mode risk value of infants identification was calculated . the priority failure mode needing improvement was determined based on statistical results, and improvement measures were developed. The use of FMEA in safety management of newborn infants＇ward can effectively reduce the incidents of risk events to ensure the safety of infants.
