摘要
目的探讨呼吸机外置管路清洗、消毒、干燥后在采用塑封袋密闭式包装的状态下,细菌生长及存放时间。方法采用ATP生物荧光法,检测清洗、消毒、干燥后的呼吸机外置管路细菌残留量及在无菌包装的情况下,存放1~4周后细菌的生长情况。结果不同时间段的检测,ATP数值均≤2000RLU,合格率达100.0%。结论清洗、消毒、干燥后的呼吸机外置管路在采用塑封袋密闭式包装的状态下可有效保存30d,在保证安全的前提下达到节省人力、物力,节约资源、降低医疗成本。
OBJECTIVE To explore the preservation of the external pipelines of ventilators and the bacterial growth under state of sealed plastic bad packaging after the cleaning,disinfection,and drying.METHODS The remained bacterial colony counts on the pipelines were determined with the ATP biological fluorescence method after the cleaning,disinfection,and drying.The bacterial growth under state of sterilized packaging was observed after the preservation for 1-4 weeks.RESULTS With the detection in different periods of time,all the ATP values were less than 2000RLU,the qualified rate was 100.0%.CONCLUSION The external pipelines can be preserved with a valid period of 30 days under state of sealed plastic bag packaging after the cleaning,disinfection,and drying.The savings on the manpower and material resources can be achieved and the medical cost can be cut under the premise of ensuring the safety.
