摘要
针对高职葡萄与葡萄酒专业课程教学中存在的问题,通过用人单位调研和学生学习情况的调查分析,基于职业岗位能力需求和学生学习状况,从教学内容、教学方法与手段、课程考核评价方法等入手,对部分专业核心课程的教学进行改革与实践,以获取较好的教学成效,提高教学质量。
Due to the problems in the teaching of core courses of Grape and Wine Engineering Specialty, through investigation and analysis of the job requirements and the students＇ learning situation, the paper research on the teaching content, teaching method and means, curriculum evaluation methods, reform and practice of the teaching of part of the core courses has achieved good teaching effect and improved the teaching quality.
