摘要
本文在介绍智能建筑的基础上,研究了其中的楼宇自动化系统构成,建立了各控制子系统的集成监控系统,在分析系统监控方式的基础上,进行了系统的节能分析。如果楼宇自动控制系统能够通过通讯接口的方式从水、电计量系统取得设备的能耗统计数据并进行各种分析与处理,就能够优化系统的控制参数、制定维护计划,使大厦机电设备在稳定工作的基础上,最大限度的节省能源,降低大厦后期运行和维护成本。
This paper introduces the intelligent building, on the basis of study the components of building automation system, to establish the integrated monitor and control system of the control subsystem based on the analysis of the system monitoring method, carries on the energy saving analysis of system. If the building automatic control system can through the way of communication interface obtained from water, electricity metering system equipment energy consumption statistics and various analysis and processing it, can optimize the system control parameters, make the maintenance plan, make the building mechanical and electrical equipment in the stable work, on the basis of maximum energy savings, reduce building late operation and maintenance costs.
