Introduces the techniques of interconnecting multi-injection moulding machines with PLC controls via a computer, with special focus on the integrated monitoring system which controls several machines through one computer. This system has helped in an effective way to realize the intelligent operation of the machines by filtering disturbances and providing failure analysis and hints etc. This is of great and positive significance to the correct operation and maintenance of the machines, and to the improvement of equipment utilization as well as quality of products.
