摘要 维生素D不仅是调节骨与钙磷代谢的重要激素,其还通过作用于单核/巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞等免疫细胞参与免疫反应的调节,从而对多系统产生影响。长期缺乏维生素D可导致儿童呼吸系统感染、糖尿病、肥胖等代谢性疾病以及白血病、直肠癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌、皮肤癌等肿瘤疾病的发生率明显提高。合理补充维生素D对儿童健康有着重要意义。 Vitamin D is not only an important hormone that regulates bone calcium and phosphorus metabolism, but also a regulating immune agent by acting on monocyte/macrophages, dendritic cells, T lymphoeytes and B lymphocytes, therefore affects multiple systems. The incidence of children's respiratory system infection, metabolic diseases such as diabetes and obesity, and some tumors including leukemia, rectal cancer, pancreatic cancer,breast cancer, skin cancer obviously increase under long-term vitamin D deficiency. Reasonable complement of vitamin D is of great significance for children's health.
