摘要
胰岛素抵抗、高血糖状态与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的发生、发展密切相关。重视糖尿病患者中胰岛素抵抗和高血糖状态的治疗,有益于降低冠心病的发生及发展,降低心血管疾病的病死率。中医药治疗糖尿病和冠心病已经显示了一些特色和优势,开展对胰岛素抵抗和高血糖伴冠心病证候病机的研究,加强有效中成药的科学评价,有助于提高中医药防治糖尿病和冠心病的研究水平。
Insulin resistance and hyperglycemia are closely related to the occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease （CHD）. Attention to the treatment of insulin resistance and hyperglycemia in patients with diabetes is beneficial to reducing the prevalence of coronary heart disease and decreasing cardiovascular mortality. Traditional Chinese medicine has shown some unique features and advantages in the treatment of diabetes and coronary heart disease. The symptom and pathogenesis research of insulin resistance and hyperglycemia combined with CHD, together with scientific evaluation of effective Chinese patent medicine,are helpful to improve the level of prevention and control of diabetes and CHD by traditional Chinese medicine.
