滚子端面误差对弹流润滑影响的实验观测 被引量:2

摘要 工程中滚子的端面误差会引起修形凸度量和摩擦副实际接触长度发生变化,从而改变有限长线接触滚子弹流润滑的膜形、膜厚。为了揭示滚子端面误差对弹流润滑油膜的影响,采用对数滚子进行实验研究,观测滚子摩擦副弹流润滑状态的油膜厚度和形状。结果表明:当外载荷引起滚子的弹性变形量与修形凸度量相当时,滚子端面误差实际改变了滚子摩擦副的接触长度,对线接触端部弹流润滑油膜有较大的影响,位于滚子端部的最小油膜厚度、封闭的牛顿环呈现异常波动,"边缘效应"加剧;当外载荷引起滚子的弹性变形量明显小于修形凸度量时,滚子摩擦副的实际接触长度不发生变化,滚子端部最小接触压力与出口颈缩区接触压力基本相等,没有出现"边缘效应",滚子端面误差对弹流润滑油膜不产生影响。 In engineering the roller end error would cause the change of the roller crowning value and the actual contact length of friction pair, so as to change the thickness and shape of elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL) film for the finite line contact roller.In order to reveal the influence of roller end error on the EHL film, the thickness and shape of oil film for the finite line contact EHL was observed by the experiment of a logarithmic roller.The results showed that when the roller elastic deformation by external load is roughly equal to the crowning value, the actual contact length of roller friction pair is changed by roller end error,which will affect the EHL film on the line contact end greatly.So the minimum oil film thick- ness and Newtonian closed loop located roller end are changed abnormally,and the "edge effect" is intensified.When the elastic deformation by external load is smaller than the roller crowning value, the actual contact length of roller friction pair has no change, the minimum contact pressure of the roller end is basically equal to the outlet zone contact pressure, no "edge effect" happens and the roller end error has no influence the EHL film.
