摘要
对协同概念的政治学知识建构有三个维度:技术维度下的协同,是政治系统缓解压力和增强自身存续能力,以实现系统各部分啮合共生和卯榫相连的技能,具有自组织和整体最优等特性,指涉的是政治行为和政治过程;制度维度下的协同,内嵌于政治行为的制度化过程,是制度间的相互增强运动,目标指向是稳定有序,指涉的是政治关系;文化维度下的协同,以政治互信作为心理基础,认同"不是最适者也能生存"的价值取向,基本特征是开放包容,指涉的是政治心理和政治价值观。对协同概念的政治学知识建构,为增强国家治理协同性提供了新视角。
There are three dimensions on the conceptual construction of synergy from political knowledge. In the dimension of technology, synergy is the skill for political system to mesh every parts in order to ease its pressure and enhance its survival ability, it has the characteristic of self - organization and optimal overall, and this skill often refers to the political behavior and political process. In the dimension of institution, synergy is embedded in the process of the institutionalization of political behavior,it＇s also the mutually reinforcing movement between institutions, and its goal is stable and orderly and it refers to the political relations. In the dimension of culture, synergy takes the political mutual trust as the psychological basis and the values of ＂That is not the fittest can survive＂ are identified, the basic features are open and inclusive ,and it refers to the political psychology and political values. The conceptual construction of synergy from political knowledge provides a new perspective for the enhancement of synergy in national governance.
