摘要
为了研究低强度交变磁场的缓蚀作用,将紫铜挂片放在盐水中,研究用交变磁场进行水处理后紫铜的腐蚀速率,并通过XPS、XRD研究了缓蚀机制。研究结果表明低强度(10-50 G)交变磁场进行水处理对紫铜确有缓蚀作用,并且随着水温的升高、场强的增加缓蚀效果逐渐增强。最优交变频率为10 00 Hz。电磁场的缓蚀作用机制是使紫铜表面容易形成Cu2O膜而起到缓蚀作用。
To investigate the effects of low-intensity alternating magnetic field on corrosion of copper,copper plates were placed in saltwater,which was treated by alternating magnetic field. The corrosion rate was meas-ured by weight loss method,and the mechanism of corrosion inhibition was studied by XPS,XRD. The results show that low intensity of electromagnetic fields (10-50 G) inhibits corrosion. The corrosion inhibition in-creased with the intensity and temperature. The optimum alternating frequency is 1000Hz. The electromagnetic field can promote forming a membrane of Cu2 O on copper surface,which protected copper from being further corroded.
