摘要
通过循环冷却水和废碱液的磁处理实践,证实磁处理缓蚀效果明显。磁处理缓蚀机理的本质是生成结构紧密的Fe_3O_4阻隔层,从而阻止铁和水接触。在自然界地磁场能使铁和铁的氧化物生成磁铁矿——Fe_3O_4,磁处理只是在强磁场的作用下加速这一过程。
The magnetic treatment of cooling water and waste alkali liquid can greatly improve their corrosion inhibition performance. The essence of magnetic treatment is the formation of compact texture layer of Fe3O4 that separates water from iron. In nature, the earth's magnetic field turns iron and its oxides into magnetic iron ore (Fe3O4). Whereas, in cooling water and waste alkali liquid, the application of magnetic treatment only accelerates this process in the presence of a powerful magnetic field.
