摘要
采用两种方法制备了具有一定层数、比表面积较大的氮化硼纳米片.其中,一种是以硼酸(H3BO3)和尿素(H2NCONH2)为主要原料通过高温反应而制备;另一种是以氮化硼(BN)粉末为原料通过化学剥离法而制备.采用XRD、Raman、SEM 、TEM 测试对产物的结晶度、形貌及尺寸做了分析.结果表明:高温反应制备的氮化硼纳米片结晶性较差,直径大小约2μm,厚度约2nm ;化学剥离法得到的氮化硼纳米片结晶性较好,直径约80nm,厚度4~5nm.
A certain layer ,specific surface area and large pieces of boron nitride nanosheets were successfully fabricated through two simple methods .The first one is fabricated through pyroreaction by using H3BO3 as the source of the boron and H2 NCONH2 as the source of the nitrid ,the second method was successfully fabricated through chemical exfoliation by using the boron nitride powder .The crystallinity ,morphology and size of the sample were charac‐terized by X‐ray powder diffraction (XRD) ,Raman ,scanning electron microscope (SEM ) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) .The results showed that the crystalline of bo‐ron nitride nanosheets is poor ,the diameter is about 2 μm and the thickness is about 2 nm , which was fabricated by pyroreaction .The boron nitride nanosheets has been successfully fabricated by chemical exfoliation w hich has high crystalline , the diameter is 80 nm ,the thickness is about 4~5 nm .
