摘要
通过固相高温反应,合成出一系列过度金属三组元碲化物,用X射线晶体结构分析研究了这些化合物的晶体结构,这些化合物中,具有层状或准层状结构的有:CrNb2Te4;Cu0.74NbTe2;M'2M2Te4(M'=Co,Ni;M=Nb.Ta)等六个化合物,具有 Chevrel相结构的有M'0.24Mo6Te8(M'=Fe,Co)等两个,文章介绍了这些化合物的结构特征,着重讨论了碲化物与硫、硒化物的差别以及用碲代替硫、硒原子后对第三组元金属原子插入反应的影响。
A series of transition metal ternary tellurides has been synthesized through solid state reaction at high temparature. The crystal structure of the products charaterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. Among these compounds. there are six with layer Structure. namely, CrNb2Te4, Cu0.74NbTe2. M2M2Te4(M' =Co, Ni; M =Nb, Ta), while the other two with formula M0.24Mo6Te8(M' =Fe, Co) are Chevrel phase structure. In this paper, the difference between tellurides and corresponding sulphides and selenides, and the effects of different chalcogen atoms on the intercalation reaction of ternary matal atoms are discussed.
