儿童肝移植术后早期血管并发症的诊断、治疗及预防 被引量：15

摘要 血管吻合是肝脏移植最主要的手术步骤,吻合的血管有肝动脉、门静脉及肝静脉。肝移植术后血管并发症是术后常见的外科并发症,其可以直接影响移植物以及患者的近期及远期存活。早期最常见的并发症有肝动脉血栓、门静脉血栓及流出道梗阻,现将其在儿童肝移植中的特点总结如下。1肝动脉血栓肝动脉血栓是儿童肝移植术后早期常见的外科并发症之一,也是导致移植肝功能丧失和受者死亡的主要原因。
