摘要
目的探讨儿童心脏死亡后器官捐赠供肝在儿童肝移植中的应用。方法回顾性分析自2012年10月至2014年2月完成的22例儿童肝移植，供肝均来源于儿童死亡后器官捐赠（不含劈离式肝移植），分析受者术后恢复情况、存活率及并发症发生情况。结果截止2014年3月30日，22例患儿中，20例恢复良好出院，死亡2例，其中1例因心功能衰竭，另1例因腹腔出血死亡，死亡原因均与供肝无关。结论儿童死亡后器官捐赠供肝移植总体效果满意，但是目前经验还比较有限，还需进一步观察、研究。
Objective To investigate and analyze the applications of liver grafts from donation after cardiac death children in pediatric liver transplantation. Method A retrospective analysis of 22 cases （excluding split liver transplantation） of pediatric liver transplant by the same the surgical team was done from October 2012 to February 2014, and all the liver grafts were donated from children after cardiac death. All the data were collected from the donors and the recipients, and survival rate and complications were analyzed. Result Up to March 30,2014,20 out of 22 cases recovered well and discharged,but two cases were died： one due to heart failure, and the other one due to abdominal bleeding in early time post-operation. Conclusion The results of liver donation after cardiac death children were satisfactory, but there is still relatively limited experience, and further observation and research are needed.
