摘要
我国高速铁路客运专线开通后,既有繁忙干线的运输能力得到了较大比例的释放,为铁路货运班列的设计、开行提供了有利条件。本文针对新形势下货运班列开行方案进行了研究,借鉴现有道路货运组织模型,结合铁路运输中的区段通过能力限制以及对未来年货运诱增量的考虑,建立了适用于铁路网络,以运输最大效益为目标函数,基于路网各区段上的通过能力及货运量等约束的整数规划模型,并利用ILOGCPLEX软件进行模型求解。通过一个路网算例的计算,验证模型有效性,针对模型计算结果,对班列开行数量和区段通过能力等限制参数进行灵敏度分析,研究其对运输收益的影响,为实际情况下货运班列开行方案设计及优化提供参考依据。
With the construction of passenger dedicated line, the transport capaomty oi exlsung u,,e~ ~ released on a large scale and provide freight regular trains with favorable conditions for their design and operation. This paper investigates freight regular trains operating plan in the new conditions, learning from freight organization model which is suitable for road transportation, combining with transport capacity constraints in the sections and consideration of freight induced increments in the following years and establish an integer programming model applied to railway net, where the maximum income to be the objective function and take into account constraints of transport capacity and freight volume in the sections, the model can be solved by ILOG CPLEX. A numerical example is used to prove validity of the model, according to sensitivity analysis of some parameters and provide some suggestions for operation of regular trains.
