摘要
目的探讨和观察自拟益气活血方治疗气虚血瘀型老年单纯性收缩期高血压病的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取80例于该院就诊的气虚血瘀型老年单纯性收缩期高血压患者,将其随机平均分为两组,观察组和对照组各40例。给予对照组患者常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加自拟益气活血方治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者和对照组患者的临床疗效总有效率分别为92.5%(37/40)和75.0%(30/40);观察组患者的临床疗效总有效率、血压、血液流变学以及血脂明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予气虚血瘀型老年单纯性收缩期高血压患者自拟益气活血方联合常规西药治疗,取得了较好的治疗效果,值得在临床上大力推广应用。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment and observed from yiqi huoxue fang qi deficiency and blood stasis type senile simple systolic hypertension in the clinical treatment effect.Methods 80 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type treated in our hospital senile simple systolic hypertension patients,which were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.Control group patients were given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group patients in the control group based on the increase of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results The patients in the observation group and the control group of patients with clinical curative effect of the total effective rate were 92.5%（37/40） and 75%（30/40）;clinical observation group patients with total effective rate,blood pressure,blood rheology and blood lipid was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qi deficiency and blood stasis type senile simple systolic hypertension patients with Yiqihuoxue Decoction Combined with conventional western medicine treatment,and achieved good therapeutic effect,it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
